Service Description
Join us for an inspiring afternoon of intention setting and vision boarding as we prepare to manifest our dreams for 2025. The session includes breath work and guided meditations to align your goals, manifestation board making, and journaling exercises to clarify your intentions. We’ll conclude the experience with a reflective and uplifting sound bath, allowing the vibrations to deepen your connection to your aspirations. Come ready to set powerful intentions and open the path for your future successes. Bring your journal and cushion and we will provide the rest.

Cancellation Policy
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of sound baths to get your place and get comfy. Doors will be locked at the start time to allow participants complete relaxation with minimal interruptions. Bookings for Sound Baths can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. There are no refunds after the 48 hours. There are no refunds on workshops, courses, one to one sound baths or Reiki appointments.
