There’s so much focus on your baby in those early weeks and months…but not always enough space for you.
I see it time and time again in the sessions I hold. Mums arriving tired, overwhelmed, sometimes unsure if they’re doing it “right”… and just needing a moment to pause. Not to fix anything. Not to achieve anything. Just to breathe.
That’s really where this 4-week course has come from.
After holding parent and baby sound baths for over three years, I’ve seen just how powerful it is when mums have a space where they feel safe, supported and not judged. A space where everything is welcome - feeding, crying, emotions, all of it.
But I also know that one session often isn’t enough.
Sometimes what’s really needed is continuity. A space you can come back to. Familiar faces. A chance to feel more settled, week by week.

Why This Course?
This isn’t about adding something else to your list or giving you more to “do”.
It’s about creating a gentle structure that supports you over a few weeks, helping you to slow down, feel more grounded, and reconnect with both your baby and yourself.
Each week has been designed with a slightly different focus, but in a way that feels natural and unforced. There’s no pressure to show up in a certain way. You can come exactly as you are.
Because the truth is, some days will feel calm…and others won’t. And both are completely ok.
What to Expect
Each session is centred around a calming sound bath, using instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes to create a soothing, supportive environment for both you and your baby.
Alongside this, there will be gentle guided moments, sometimes a short meditation, sometimes simple prompts to help you connect with your baby or bring awareness back to yourself.
Nothing complicated. Nothing overwhelming.
Just small, meaningful moments woven into the session.
There will also be soft sensory elements for your baby - lights, bubbles, and a calm atmosphere for them to take in the space around them in their own way.
And just as importantly, there’s time at the end to sit, have a brew, and chat with other mums. That part is often where the real connection happens.
A Space for You, Too
This course isn’t just about your baby.
It’s about you having space to rest your body, soften your mind, and feel supported in a stage of life that can feel both beautiful and overwhelming all at once.
Over the four weeks, the aim is that you begin to feel a little more settled, a little more connected, and a little more like yourself again.
Not through big changes, but through small, gentle moments of pause.
